Sharks Perth

Why it started:
Sharks Floorball Club was formed in 2019 by a group of players who wished to compete in Mens Division 1. Initially just 8 people, Sharks has since grown to having close to 40 members across 3 senior teams in Men’s and Women’s competitions.

Sharks has a focus on youth development and giving juniors the opportunity to compete and train at the highest level. Mens Division 1 and 2 both have several junior players in their teams, mixed in with some old heads. We are also lucky enough to boast several current and former Australian internationals in our Mens set up.
Sharks Womens were established in 2022 and took in a host of players who had never played floorball before. However, their consistency, hard work and diligence in learning and competing in a new sport paid off as they won Womens Division 2 2022/23.

In 2023 Sharks entered into a joint venture partnership with WA powerhouse Roosters Floorball Club. This venture marks a new era at the club itself and for the players. This will enable us to reach new heights, continue to grow and set us up for many years to come.
